Christi Gerstle - Christina Gerstle - NovelConclusions.comMy name is Christi Gerstle.  I am a former English teacher and copy editor with a lifelong love of reading and writing.

This blog will explore techniques for us to sharpen our craft as writers and touch on my writer’s journey along the way.  As Hemingway put it best, “We are all apprentices in a craft where no one ever becomes a master.”  There is always more to learn where the written word is concerned.

  4. Christi,
Thanks for the follow. I think you and I have a lot in common (doesn’t anyone who loves writing and reading?). I look forward to exploring your blog…Margaret Atwood’s name jumps out at me; she’s one of my favorites so I’ll have to check out what you wrote about her.

  7. Greetings from Australia Christi,
What a beautiful quote from Hemingway, and so very true indeed. I have always thought of life as a journey where learning never stops. The humility to understand that the more we learn about the world the less we know is the beginning of wisdom 🙂

So nice to meet you and your boyfriend at the Cassandra Clare signing. I was a ‘J’ just a few people ahead of you. I loved the post about Pixar’s rules for storytelling, I will be sure to use it.
